Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged at our outlet or through courier, subject to certain conditions:

- Request Submission: Customers must submit an exchange request within 7 working days of receiving the purchased item, stating the reason(s) for exchange.
- Condition of Item: The item must be in its original packaging with the price tag intact, and it should not show any signs of use, washing, emits, odors, or stains.
- Submission of Original Invoice: The original invoice of the item to be exchanged must be sent along with the item.
- Exclusion: Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged at their original price; however, if an item bought at a regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the sale price.
- Acceptance: RNB COLLECTION reserves the right to accept or deny the exchange request at its sole discretion.
- Notification: Upon acceptance of the exchange request, customers will be notified by our customer service.

Please note that this exchange policy is not applicable to orders shipped outside Pakistan. Additionally, RNB COLLECTION strictly follows a 'NO refund' policy, and cashback options are not available once the order is placed and processed.

Damage & Claims:
- Exchange of damaged items is allowed only if there is a manufacturing defect, wrong size, or wrong item received.
- Customers must raise complaints within 2 working days of receiving the parcel, along with the paper invoice, via call, message, or email.
- Please allow one week for the processing of damage and claims.

Retail Outlet Exchange:

Items purchased from our retail outlet cannot be exchanged via courier and must be exchanged at the outlet directly.

International Orders:

RNB COLLECTION does not offer exchange or return options for international orders. However, customers can contact our customer care department in case of damaged or incorrect items received to arrange for a credit note, discount, or refund.

Complaint Resolution:

- Customers should notify any discrepancies within 7 days of receiving the online order. RNB COLLECTION cannot entertain complaints beyond this time period.
- If a customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery, RNB COLLECTION is not obliged to return, refund, or compensate the amount of the order.
- RNB COLLECTION thoroughly investigates complaints to identify misuse of claims and reserves the right to cancel compensation in any instance.

We encourage customers to take pictures of the package before and after opening it to facilitate timely resolution of complaints.
